Our recent Q4 Town Hall was a resounding success, with a notable high level of attendance of our clients. The robust turnout underscored the deep engagement our clients have with our organization. It was particularly heartening to witness multiple members from some client organizations, emphasizing the importance they place on staying connected and informed about our initiatives.
A special thanks to Holly O’Driscoll for expertly facilitating the meeting with such skill, ensuring a productive and engaging discussion and making a significant impact on our collective progress.
CEO of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), Kenneth Mendez, contributed an excellent presentation reminding us of the true value of the Asthma & Allergy Friendly® Certification Program in human terms. Joining him from his team were Kimm Raftery, Sanaz Eftekhari and Hannah Jaffee.
Attendees included Mark McKelvey representing Rexair, Dominique Silva representing Trane Technologies, Danielle Shreppel, and Maureen Rariden representing 3M, Dylan Mueller , Adam Short and Micahel Kobyrick representing Renegade Brands, Rich White representing True Value, Keesha Nickison from Tarkett, Elise Sabak from Sijo, Lenny Sciarrino representing Granite Gold, Allison Bromwell and Stephanie Lengel with Tarkett Home.

Key Takeaways from the Q4 Town Hall
One of the key takeaways from the Town Hall was the decision to enhance communication by instituting virtual quarterly Town Halls. Additionally, it was decided to organize an in-person Client Council meeting annually, providing a platform for clients to provide valuable feedback and insights. A prevailing theme emphasized by all town hall presenters, echoed by Holly O’Driscoll and reiterated by Dr. John McKeon is the strength derived from unity – “together we are more powerful” and the notion of forming “a coalition of like-minded individuals.” Dr. McKeon underlined the importance of diverse thinking converging around a shared goal. We look forward to these meetings, fostering a collective spirit in what Kenneth Mendez described as “must-attend events”.
Looking ahead, we discussed exciting plans for upcoming events. In February 2024, we will be actively participating in the AAAAI – American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology conference in Washington DC. Our presence will include two posters from ASL, a booth for AAFA, and opportunities for our certified products to be featured. We aim to engage medical professionals, distribute samples, and host side events to maximize our impact.
Furthermore, we explored participation in potential client events and discussed our presence at CES (8-12 January, Las Vegas) and AHR Expo (22-24 January, Chicago). Both these events provide great platforms to meet with clients and raise awareness about our Certification Program.
The Q4 Town Hall not only showcased the strength of our client relationships but also set the stage for a dynamic and collaborative future. We are excited about the prospects ahead and look forward to achieving new milestones together.
