Dr John McKeon, Allergy Standards’ CEO, Key Speaker at the Cleaning Products US Conference 2017
October 2017, Alexandria, Virginia, U.S. Allergy Standards (ASL) will be attending the 11th annual Cleaning Products Conference U.S. (CPUS) 2017. Our CEO, Dr. John McKeon, has been invited to join the conference as a keynote speaker and will lead a discussion on asthma & allergy friendly®® products. He will be speaking 4:15pm on the 10th of October for the first day of the conference.
Key Topics for discussion
John will be discussing the background to the creation of the scientific standards developed by Allergy Standards over the past 12 years and how these standards enable manufacturers to differentiate their products in the marketplace. Allergy Standards now have standards in 19 main product/service categories with many more sub categories giving a total of over 66 testing standards. Passing these scientific standards is the starting point for companies that want their products or services to attain Certification through an asthma & allergy friendly®® Certification Program. These certification programs operate globally in partnership with patient advocacy bodies in USA (with the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America AAFA), Canada (with Asthma Canada) and Internationally through ASL direct. Another key takeaway from Dr. John’s talk will be the data insights that Allergy Standards have gathered from over a decade of testing products to their standards and the consumer insights gained through the Certification APP and web sites.
