Become a member of the ASL Executive Training Program

Our Executive Training Program is run by our experienced Executive Team, to help you to get the most out of your role in ASL, as well as paving the way for your future. You will get to work with our team, as well as industry consultants and coaches who help to shape our unique best practice programs.

The Location

  • Based in the hub of Dublin City, in Grand Canal Quay.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

Learning and Development:

  • Actively engage in learning opportunities across the team, which may include workshops, seminars, online courses, and on-the-job training
  • Take initiative in seeking out additional learning opportunities or professional development activities outside of the formal program curriculum. This could involve attending conferences, joining professional associations, or pursuing certifications.

Project Management:

  • Participate in various projects assigned to you to gain practical experience and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations. This could involve conducting research, analysing data, overseeing the upkeep of projects on our project management software, or developing strategies.
  • Drive and actively contribute to our culture of strong project management.

Networking:

  • Build relationships with colleagues, mentors, and industry professionals to expand your professional network. Networking can provide valuable insights, career advice, and potential job opportunities.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Regularly assess your own performance and progress in the program
  • Be open to feedback from supervisors, mentors, and peers to identify areas for improvement and set goals for growth.
