Richard joined ASL in May 2023 and brings with him over 20 years’ experience in a variety of commercially focused roles.

With a wealth of sales related experience, Richard has worked across a number of industries building and leading sales teams with a focus on achieving success for both his company and his clients.

He is a solutions focused professional, happiest when partnering with organisations to help them achieve their goals. Commercially driven and customer focused, Richard is equally at home strategizing in the big picture or analysing the minutiae of sales data.

A sports nut, if its competitive Richard is interested. A passion he now demonstrates as a mentor in his son’s junior Hurling team – not an obvious sport for a native Australian!
