Allergy Standards team with the Research Innovation Award

Allergy Standards team is honoured to have been awarded with the 2019 US-Ireland Research Innovation Award by the Royal Irish Academy and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ireland in the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) category. 
 
This award acknowledges exemplary ideas, originating in Irish organisations, and underpinned by innovative research, creation and invention that have a strong social and economic impact.
Allergy Standards was awarded for its innovation with the asthma & allergy friendly® Certification Program which is a unique partnership between an Irish scientific standards body Allergy Standards Limited and the largest US patient advocacy group for asthma and allergies, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. 
 
The awards were announced on May 17, 2019, during the Annual Dinner of the American Chamber of Commerce.
“Almost 700 people gathered as the awards were presented in front of an audience of senior business leaders of many of the US companies in Ireland, representatives from academia and leaders including former Taoiseach Enda Kenny.” The Irish Times.
