Emma Gribben

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Emma joined ASL in 2023 and is responsible for providing support to the CEO in the day-to-day management of the business including strategic operations; reports, metrics and analytics; streamlining business functions; supporting innovation projects; operational planning; and project management.

Emma has accumulated over a decade of experience working with Senior Management and C-Suite functions across a range of organisations including Stranmillis University College, the Northern Health and Social Care Trust and the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her work has included research, administration, management and assistance with strategic planning.

Emma graduated from Ulster University, with a BSc. (Hons) in Health and Social Care Policy before going on to complete a Master’s in Health Promotion and Public Health, and currently holds a QQI Level 6 Certification in Managing People. Outside of work Emma enjoys long walks and can often be found indulging her passion for the Gym.
