Following the Nuremberg World Toy Fair, Germany, in early February 2010, the influx of enquiries from interested companies having their products tested as being asthma & allergy friendly™ has been extremely encouraging for the global certification programme.

Attending the trade fair on behalf of Allergy Standards Limited, who jointly manage the asthma & allergy friendly™ certification programme was Fraser Hodgson, International Sales manager.

"The amount of interest we received from plush toy manufacturers immediately following the Nuremberg trade fair is encouraging.  Especially given the start of the year is traditionally a very busy time for toy manufacturers organising and attending trade shows".

The Nuremberg International Toy Fair is the world's Number One for creative leisure activities with more than 75,000 trade visitors from 115 nations, approximately 2,700 exhibitors from 59 countries and 1 million products, including some 70,000 new products.
